1. Agreement

2. The Services

Harven Capital provides an online investment management platform. Product parameters-including minimum deposits, lock-up periods, profit application cycles, and withdrawal windows-are described in your dashboard and may be updated from time to time for new activity as permitted by these Terms.

Nothing on the public website or in marketing materials is an offer of securities in any jurisdiction where such an offer would be unlawful. We do not guarantee any rate of return. Returns are variable. Past performance is not indicative of future results. Investing involves risk, including possible loss of capital.

3. Accounts and security

You must provide accurate registration information and keep it up to date. You are responsible for safeguarding your login credentials and for all activity under your account.

We may suspend or close accounts that appear fraudulent, abusive, incomplete, or in violation of these Terms, and we may require identity verification before granting or continuing access.

4. Deposits, lock-up, and withdrawals

Deposit methods, minimums, and review processes are shown in your dashboard. Deposits may be subject to verification before they are credited.

Capital may be subject to a lock-up period as disclosed in the product configuration. During lock-up, principal withdrawals may be restricted or limited according to the rules then in effect (including any allowed early-withdrawal percentage and notice requirements).

Profit and commission withdrawals may be available only during defined windows or under stated conditions. Processing times depend on review status and payment rails.

5. Profits and product rules

Monthly return ranges and application schedules, when shown, are illustrative and subject to change. Actual profits applied to accounts are determined according to our internal processes and product rules, and may differ across periods.

We may adjust operational parameters for future activity. Material changes affecting open positions will be communicated through the platform or email where practicable.

6. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the Services, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with platform security, submit false documents or payment information, or use the Services for unlawful activity including money laundering.

7. Intellectual property

The website, branding, software, and content are owned by Harven Capital or its licensors. You may not copy, scrape, reverse engineer, or commercially exploit our materials except as allowed by applicable law.

8. Disclaimers and limitation of liability

The Services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis to the fullest extent permitted by law. We do not warrant uninterrupted or error-free operation.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Harven Capital and its directors, employees, and agents are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, data, or goodwill arising from your use of the Services. Our aggregate liability for claims relating to the Services is limited to the fees you paid us (if any) in the twelve months before the claim, or to the amounts credited to your account that are directly in dispute, whichever is more specifically related to the claim.

9. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Harven Capital from claims arising out of your breach of these Terms, your misuse of the Services, or your violation of applicable law.

10. Changes, governing law, and contact

We may update these Terms by posting a revised version on this page and updating the "Last updated" date. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance where permitted by law.

These Terms are governed by the laws applicable in the jurisdiction where Harven Capital operates, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, unless mandatory local consumer rules provide otherwise.
